Tallin exists to put every AI actor under control.
Autonomous agents are arriving: they spend and act unattended, and most teams can't say who owns them. We built Tallin as the runtime control plane for AI use by humans, apps, and agents: route AI through us and every actor gets an owner, a budget, a policy, an audit trail, and an off switch.

Tallin is built for accountable leaders who need real control over AI (capping runaway agent spend, governing model access, and proving it) without the policy theatre. We serve two buyers at once: security and compliance who answer to the board and the auditor, and engineering and finance who own the spend.
- Do not replace
- Do not replace native AI tools when employees already use them well. Control the traffic routed through Tallin.
- Do not overclaim
- Do not imply total visibility: be explicit about what's Observed, Inferred, Enforced, and Not Covered, including direct provider calls and tool execution outside Tallin.
- One ledger
- Do not make finance, security, legal, and operators argue from different spreadsheets: give every actor one owner, one budget, one audit trail.
- One clear action
- Do make the next control (restrict a model, cap a budget, shut off a misbehaving actor) one clear action.
