Data Processing Addendum

Tallin processes customer data to provide AI spend visibility, coverage labeling, evidence workflows, and customer support.

Data processing posture

Tallin may process company profile data, administrator identity data, provider configuration data, imported expense evidence, usage records, report exports, and audit events on behalf of a customer workspace.

Tallin's processing is intended to support the service, secure the workspace, troubleshoot customer requests, maintain auditability, and produce customer-directed reports. Customer data is not used to train general-purpose AI models.

Customer agreements may include additional data processing terms, subprocessors, retention commitments, deletion procedures, transfer mechanisms, and audit rights.
