Include your company name, the Tallin services you are considering, and any region or retention requirements. Do not include credentials or sensitive customer records.

• Selected services, hosting region, subprocessors, and any data transfers.
• Retention, export, deletion, and end-of-service arrangements.
• Security responsibilities, incident notification, and audit arrangements.

Data processing overview

Get Tallin, Inc. ("Tallin") may process company profile data, administrator identity data, provider configuration data, imported expense evidence, usage records, report exports, and audit events on behalf of a customer workspace.

Tallin's processing is intended to support the service, secure the workspace, troubleshoot customer requests, maintain auditability, and produce customer-directed reports. Customer data is not used to train general-purpose AI models.

Customer agreements may include additional data processing terms, subprocessors, retention commitments, deletion procedures, transfer mechanisms, and audit rights.
