Pricing questions
01What counts as a covered directory user?+
Plans are priced on your directory population, not on the count of active AI users, so the company can govern its whole population of AI actors (the workforce, the service accounts, and the agents acting on their behalf), not just whoever happens to be using AI today.
02Which tier includes AI Actor Control and the gateway?+
The gateway routes AI through Tallin so each actor runs under a named owner, a scope of approved models, spend alerts with an automatic cutoff, and a kill switch over its Tallin-mediated model access. Tool and MCP execution and direct provider calls stay outside that boundary. Every plan gives you the spend ledger, honest coverage, and the evidence packs; the gateway adds in-path enforcement.
03Can all plans connect multiple providers?+
Yes. Tallin is built to attribute cross-provider usage and coverage to the right owner, not lock governance behind provider limits.
04Is Tallin a replacement chat app?+
No. Employees keep using native tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and API surfaces.
05Are evidence packs legal advice?+
No. Tallin provides operational evidence and readiness reporting. Legal conclusions remain with your counsel.
06Does the Gateway require storing prompts?+
No. Customers can run metadata-only capture for provider, model, cost, user, route, and policy result without storing prompt or response content.
07Can I run the gateway in my own VPC?+
